CODE OF CONDUCT

  • We are committed to fostering a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all guests, performers and staff. We ask that you treat everyone with kindness and politeness on our premises, follow our rules, and listen to staff and management at all times. We reserve the right to deny entry to or to remove anyone who violates our code of conduct.

  • You are on camera inside and outside of the venue. We monitor the space to keep everyone safe. You may also have your photo taken by an event photographer. Your consent is assumed upon entry.

  • Alert staff if you witness any unsafe or unacceptable behaviour. We will do our best to respond with urgency and compassion to any concerns that you may have.

  • Please drink responsibly. There is no alcohol consumption allowed outside of the venue. Anyone who is intoxicated will either not be admitted or will be asked to leave. Do not leave drinks unattended and ask staff to hold them if needed.

  • Illegal drugs are prohibited, as is smoking or vaping anywhere inside of the venue. Stay 6 metres away from any doors while smoking or vaping outside.

  • All violence, threats, non-consensual touching, verbal abuse, theft, or any kind of aggressive or loud disruptive behaviour is prohibited. It will result in removal from the venue and, depending on the severity of the behaviour, in reports to the police and being barred from future return.

  • Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, age, religion, or any other protected characteristic will not be tolerated. Please tell staff if someone’s behaviour or comments make you feel uncomfortable.

  • Our washrooms are gender inclusive. Please behave considerately while using them, respect the privacy of others, and try to keep them neat for other guests. We do not allow more than one person inside a stall or single washroom at a time. Notify staff about any issues inside them.

  • All large items must be checked upon entry. These include backpacks, skateboards, helmets, etc., as well as any small item that could be used as a weapon. No outside beverages or liquids are allowed. We reserve the right to search anyone who wishes to enter and do bag checks.

  • Please refrain from stage diving or standing on any furniture. No drinks are allowed on stage while dancing. Alert staff to any breakage or spills on the floor. Do not put your belongings on the floor as they are tripping hazards. Check them for safe storage.

  • Respect our neighbours and keep your voice down outside of the venue. Stay off the road unless at a crosswalk with a green light and do not block sidewalks for everyone’s safety. Let staff know if you need assistance finding a taxi or getting home. Take good care of your friends.

Thank you for coming by and have a great time!
