Hailing from Vancouver, BC with members from across the world, Pinebarren mixes a multitude of influences to create nostalgic but modern indie rock. The four-piece formed in 2019, working throughout the COVID- 19 pandemic to hone their sound before releasing their first single, Without the Weather, in the spring of 2022. In January, they were finalists in Live Acts Canada's Best of Vancouver 2023 showcase. Pinebarren's debut record will be released on March 4, 2023.
